Privacy policy

The short version

This policy explains what personal information Momentum Drift LLC (“we”, “us”) handles when you visit www.momentumdrift.com or contact us. This website has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. We only receive personal information from you if you choose to email us.

When you visit this website

We don’t set cookies or run analytics, and we don’t embed social media or advertising trackers. Two service providers necessarily process some technical data to deliver the site:

• Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it processes your IP address, browser details and the pages you request in order to deliver them and protect the site from abuse.
• Fonts. Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so your browser fetches them from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details as part of that request.

Each provider handles that data under its own privacy policy: Vercel, Google.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you, and we keep the conversation only as long as we need it for that. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share your information.

When our store opens

When we start selling software on this website, we’ll need more information, such as an email address for your account and receipts, and the order records we’re legally required to keep. Before the store opens, we’ll update this policy to describe exactly what we collect and why.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing jackson@momentumdrift.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Children

This website isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
